SALAM is an Arabic word that means peace, comfort, safety and healing. We find when we are in nature or surrounding ourselves with the planet we are almost healing. We find that if we are lonely and I look at the stars we don’t feel so alone. If we are sad and in need of comfort, a short walk tends to feel like a hug. The energy from the planet is in everything, so why wouldn’t it be in us?.
